Client Services
CRCS has developed several different services that can be adapted to fit the collection needs of any organization. Each service offers something different, and each service is performed by experienced professionals. Just take the time to meet with one of our representatives, and together, we can determine which service(s) would be best for you and your organization.

Letter! Collect
Our Letter! Collect service offers you a unique collection process. For a small flat fee, this service sends out a series of letters designed to grab the attention of your debtors and to collect payment on your accounts. Charging a flat rate on these accounts allows us to request that all payments are made directly to you! Contact one of our representatives to learn how this small flat fee can even work to your advantage! Letter! Collect accounts can be sent to credit bureaus at no additional cost.

Phone! Collect
When you place an account into our Phone! Collect series, we assign each account to experienced phone collectors. Each account will first go through a pre-collect cycle, and then the account will be sent to one of our phone collectors. Our phone collectors work to provide a personal touch to each individual account

Credit! Collect
Credit! Collect is designed specifically for those clients that want to handle most of their collections in-house, but would like the advantages of reporting on consumers’ credit reports. This series consists of two pre-collect letters being sent to the consumer (with any payments going directly to your organization), and then filing a negative credit report against the debtor if payment is not made.

Legal! Collect
We currently have a collection attorney that works with our office. All accounts that you wish to go through the legal process will be forwarded to this attorney.

The Letter! Collect, Phone! Collect, Credit! Collect, and Legal! Collect are all services that can be tailored to your needs. While these are services that we bill you for, they are all very affordable and work to produce excellent results. In fact, we may even be able to assist you in structuring your late payment policy in such a way that you may never experience any costs of collection!

Aside from our major collection programs, CRCS offers a variety of FREE services to all of our clients. These services include: collection consulting, contract evaluation, consumer locator services, consumer education sponsorships, and web-access. All of our services will work to provide your organization with the ability to quickly and efficiently handle all of your delinquent accounts at little to no cost to you while demonstrating your interest in building a stronger relationship with your community.
